Your item will be shipped within 7-10 business days via CTT - Correios de Portugal, by registered priority mail, once payment received. We will send you an email with the tracking number and the estimate shipping date.
The estimate shipping date is 1 to 2 business days to Portugal, 5 to 10 business days to Europe and 10 to 20 to the rest of the world. These days may vary due to factors unrelated to us, like the recent Covid-19 pandemic.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Make sure your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.
Send us an e-mail to email@example.com with your purchase details, expressing your will and the reason to return the item. Please don’t send us your purchase before our answer. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your item and check it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm its approval or rejection of refund. If your item is in conditions, we will refund you and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In case of exchange, your new item will be send within 7-10 business days with no shipping cost.
Unfortunately we are not able to support your return shipping cost. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Only if your item has any production problem, the cost of return shipping will be refund to you.
